| Besides
training STIPA also undertakes evaluations and baseline survey / social
assessment services using participatory approaches that will aid in
identification and contextualization of background factors that have
led to a situation, categorization of the most vulnerable and the most
affected and their needs, identification of partners and their
contribution in the area inorder to come up with appropriate
recommendations for projects already implemented or projects to be
